Returns Policy

The Customer must always contact Praia Saúde beforehand. Returns must be made by Registered Mail to the address of Praia Saúde.

The packaging must be intact, without any damage and be returned together with the receipt (purchase receipt).The shipping costs of the order will not be reimbursed and the shipping costs inherent in its return are the responsibility of the customer.The refund of the value of the products will be made after receiving the articles in our facilities and verification of their condition.
